Booking: All sessions may be scheduled online. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment; however, your card will not be charged before your session unless a late cancellation or no-show fee applies.

Cancellation/Reschedule: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service for the first occurrence. Any subsequent late cancellations or rescheduling requests will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Unexpected life events: I understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected life events can arise. If circumstances outside your control require you to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, please reach out to me directly. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No-show: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the full cost of the scheduled session will be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrival: Your appointment begins at its scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled due to a late arrival, the late-cancellation policy may apply.

Payment: Due at the end of each session. I accept cash, credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Fragrance Free Space: Please avoid wearing artificial or strong fragrances, including perfume, cologne, heavily scented body products, and strongly fragranced laundry products.

What can I expect during my first session? I recommend new clients to book a 90 minute session. This allows space to connect and discuss your intentions, health history, areas of concern, and any preference or boundaries you would like to share. From there, the session is tailored to your individual needs.

Do you take insurance? I do not take insurance. However, I do accept HSA/FSA payments

Do I need to undress? You may undress to your personal level of comfort. Some clients choose to remain fully clothed, while others partially or completely undress. You are never required to undress beyond what feels comfortable for you. Professional draping is used throughout the session, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Your comfort, privacy, and boundaries are always respected. You are welcome to communicate your preferences or ask questions before or during your session.

Do you talk during the sessions? I prefer to keep the space quiet with background music, so that you settle into your body and bring awareness to any sensations or shifts that may arise during the session. While I do not typically engage in ongoing conversation, I may check in about how you are feeling or ask about a sensation I notice while working in a particular area. You are always welcome to communicate your needs, preferences, boundaries, or feedback at any point during the session. Your comfort and experience are important, and I encourage you to speak up whenever something needs to be adjusted.

How much pressure do you use? Pressure is individualized and may range from gentle and subtle to deeper, more focused work. More pressure is not always more effective. I aim to work at a depth that feels supportive and allows your body to remain receptive rather than guarded. You are encouraged to share feedback at any point during the session.

Will the session cause pain? During the session, bodywork does not need to be painful to be effective. Some techniques may create sensations of pressure, tenderness, stretching or intensity, but the work should remain within a tolerable and communicative range. After the session experiencing mild soreness for 24-48 hours may occur. If soreness extends further than 48 hours please let me know and we will make adjustments together.
